If the delivery has not taken place, please contact D-BLAQ immediately to cancel your order.

We also provide a 14 day return policy for products, so if the product is faulty or damaged you may choose to return it. Please refer to the Return Policy stated elsewhere on this page.


DO I NEED A CREDIT CARD FOR PAY FOR MY PURCHASES

No. Credit cards are merely one of the many payment methods that we offer to assist in a hassle-free purchase experience.

WHY WOULD A PACKAGE NOT BE DELIVERED

A package may not have been delivered due to one of the following reasons:

  • The address was incorrect.
  • The given contact information is incorrect.
  • The residents refused to accept the package.
  • Delivery service is unavailable to the specific area.
  • Delivery of certain items to certain areas may not be permitted due to existing prevalent law in the country.

WHAT IF I RECEIVED INCORRECT OR FAULTY GOODS?

We are sorry that your delivery has not gone smoothly. Please read our Returns Policy to find out how to return the item to us. Once we have received your item, we will process your request. WHAT IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?

Occasionally, due to circumstances outside our control, you might experience a slight delay. During this time we will keep you updated by e-mail or phone. You can check the status of your order by accessing your D-BLAQ Account.

If the delay occurs after your item has been dispatched and while waiting for delivery, please inform us after 10 working days (in order to take into account of the postal delays we may not be aware of).


HOW TO KNOW AN UNAVAILABLE PRODUCT IS AVAILABLE IN OUR STOCK AGAIN?

You may re-check our website to see if the item you wish to purchase is back in stock. Or you can leave your contact details with customer services and we will notify you once your item is available again.
