RETURN POLICY

We, at D-Blaq will give our valuable customers the opportunity to refund or exchange a product provided it is in fully resalable condition. Returns should be made within 14 days and in original, undamaged packaging. If the product has not been returned to us in fully resalable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange on the item. We will be refunding the price of the item to the customer or exchange the product once it is received. A refund of the delivery charge will be given in the instance of incorrect, damaged or faulty goods.


RETURN OPTIONS

Ø  Returns through courier service

You can send us an e-mail through our ‘Contact Us’ page with the following details such as invoice number, product code, quantity, reason for the return and whether you wish a refund or a replacement. We will communicate through e-mail and organize the courier to collect the product - free of charge if the delivered goods are incorrect, damaged or faulty.

Ø  Returns through our showrooms

Simply take the delivery note and the product you wish to return or exchange to the nearest D-BLAQ store and inform the sales assistant /sales manager that you bought it online.


EXCHANGE OPTIONS

If you would prefer to exchange products, you can do it at any D-BLAQ showroom. If you wish to contact us, please call us on 0777 207804 time between 10 a.m. and 6 p.m. from Monday to Sunday, 7 days a week to assist with exchange. We will be unable to release the exchanged product until the original product has been received. However, we can reserve the product to ensure you receive the product of your choice. A delivery charge will apply unless the goods are incorrect, damaged or faulty.


PRODUCTS WE ARE UNABLE TO REFUND OR EXCHANGE

We are unable to return or exchange the following type goods that are listed below.

  • Undergarments
  • Toiletries
  • Perfumes
  • Cosmetics
  • Pierced Earrings
  • Accessories
  • Any item on sale

DELIVERY CHARGES

We will be refunding the delivery charge when a product is incorrect, faulty or damaged, but not when a product is simply rejected by the customer.
