RETURN POLICY
At D-Blaq, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction. If you’re not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
1. Return Eligibility:
- Items must be returned within 14 days of the purchase date.
- Proof of purchase (e.g., a receipt or order confirmation email) is required for all returns.
- The item must be in its original packaging, unused, and in the same condition that you received it.
2. Non-Returnable Items:
Please note that items discounted by more than 30% are not eligible for return/exchange.
We’re happy to offer an exchange if you need a different size of the same item, provided it is returned in its original, unworn condition with all tags attached and the requested size is in stock. Please note that for items purchased at a discount of more than 30%, exchanges can only be made for a different size of the same item.
3. Return Process:

4. Refunds:
After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
5. Shipping Costs:
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund, unless otherwise noted.
6. Damaged or Defective Items:
