RETURNS / REFUND / EXCHANGE POLICY

RETURN POLICY

We, at D-Blaq, will allow our valuable customers to refund or exchange a product provided it is in a fully resalable condition. Returns should be made within 14 days and in original, undamaged packaging. If the product has not been returned to us in fully resalable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange on the item. We will be refunding the price of the item to the customer or exchange the product once it is received. A refund of the delivery charge will be given in the instance of incorrect, damaged, or faulty goods.

RETURN OPTIONS

Returns through courier service

You can send us an e-mail through our ‘Contact Us’ page with the following details as invoice number, product code, quantity, the reason for the return, and whether you wish a refund or a replacement. We will communicate through e-mail and organize the courier to collect the product – free of charge if the delivered goods are incorrect, damaged, or faulty.

Returns through our showrooms

Simply take the delivery note and the product you wish to return or exchange to the nearest D-BLAQ store and inform the sales assistant /sales manager that you bought it online.

EXCHANGE OPTIONS

If you would prefer to exchange products, you can do it at any D-BLAQ showroom. If you wish to contact us, please call us on 0777 207804 times between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. from Monday to Sunday, 7 days a week to assist with the exchange. We will be unable to release the exchanged product until the original product has been received. However, we can reserve the product to ensure you receive the product of your choice. A delivery charge will apply unless the goods are incorrect, damaged, or faulty.

DELIVERY CHARGES

We will be refunded the delivery charge when a product is incorrect, faulty, or damaged, but not when a product is simply rejected by the customer.
